Erin Dempsey is an archaeologist at the National Park Service, Midwest Archeological Center, Lincoln, Nebraska.

Research Interests

geoarcheology, Quaternary landscape evolution, paleoclimate and paleoenvironmental reconstruction, site formation processes, mounds and earthworks, peopling of the New World, and Midwest, Great Lakes, and Plains prehistory
