Hotel Infrastructure
- All meeting space doors are double wides
- Front revolving door is wide enough for wheelchairs, but north-side ramp going into double wide door is less steep and more user-friendly
- North door is locked until 4 p.m., but there is a phone located next to it that connects with front desk
- Wheelchair-accessible bathrooms located across the hallway from conference space on the first floor
- Wheelchair-accessible side table available at check in counter
- Hotel shuttle can be used within a 2-mile radius
- 1 van is wheelchair accessible
- Braille on all name plates
- Roll-in showers in some rooms, otherwise bars and bench provided
- Free-floating showerchair
Parking
- Approximately 15 spots of handicap-accessible parking on 1st level (lower) of parking structure
- Also elevator accessible
- Valet parking can be reserved for special trailer or large vehicle parking if needed
Sound and light system
- Graduate can give recommendations for local ASL interpreters if requested
- Dimmable lights in conference rooms
- Speakers are on house sound system, 4 in each room
- All of first floor is on same system
- Two (2) ten-foot projector screens and five (5) eight-foot projector screens in conference space
- All screens and projectors are portable if needed
- Accessibility kits can be requested, 12 onsite"
